TOY LIBRARY
WRITTEN & DIRECTED BY NICHOLAS ELLIOTT
In a church hall somewhere in Scotland, a ragtag group of eccentric volunteers tries to keep a struggling toy library afloat after a long ignored maintenance issue threatens to close the church Stewart, a dour and priggish man clinging to authority, is desperate to secure funding to repair the hall after his own negligence. But the cardigan-clad, Machiavellian church Warden has other plans.
“Toy Library” is a sharp, satirical comedy about middle-class guilt, generational collisions, and the gloriously messy realities of trying to do good.
